What is your return and exchange policy?

Our return and exchange policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Products must be returned in their original condition, without any defects or damage. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product for European customers and within 7 days for Singapore customers. Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
